One of the things I love most as a facilitator is not having a script.

Letting the room and the people there be the only agenda.

I’ve been doing unscripted group coaching and facilitation for a few years now.

For those of you who know Abraham Hicks—a very similar style.

I want to personally invite you to this 3-day FREE group coaching experience that I will be hosting May 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2022.

I'M ALL IN

Handing someone a microphone or pulling someone forward on zoom—having them turn their camera on and having zero idea what they will want to work on with me.

Seeing their eyes and face and meeting them right where they are now—not yesterday or even an hour before, but right now.

This is it for me.

I love this because it’s 100% in the now.

It’s bold, it's vulnerable, it’s human and it’s wildly full of presence.

Traditional therapy to me feels like being in a pitch-black cave, feeling blind and not knowing which direction to take.

Then the therapist comes in, takes your hand, and helps you move around the cave in circles with some progress over a period of time.

Janne has a big spot lamp when she arrives and she intuitively knows exactly where to point you to free you and she does it rapidly.

I’ve done unscripted group facilitation with 100 people in a room and I’ve done it with 1000 people live on a call.

The #1 reason I love unscripted is that it’s vulnerable and alive. It’s real and it’s raw.

The #2 thing I love about unscripted group facilitation is that there are layers of healing that can’t happen unless you do it in a group.

1-1 work is great but there are layers of healing that you won’t touch if it’s just you and your therapist alone in a room.

For those of you that have done group work and moved through something deep and rumbly with a facilitator and then opened

your eyes with fear, realizing you’re in the presence of many—-wondering what they will think, and how could you have bared your soul so deeply..

…suddenly to be greeted by eyes and arms full of acceptance, resonance, support, and love—Well, you know that group work hits deep in a different way.

Sometimes after being deeply vulnerable, we can have what I like to call ‘the vulnerability chicken shits’ or shame show up—and

the beauty of being in the presence of a group is that your shame stories get to be nipped in the bud immediately.

Shame is one of the most isolating things on the planet and group work is powerful and potent in exorcising shame while you’re

still in the arena.

Recently I was at a group retreat with 28 people and did a very raw hot seat working with the facilitator. After the session as I

was leaving the room, 6 people came up to me and held me and thanked me for not only my vulnerability but also shared their own breakthroughs from witnessing my hot seat—because they had a similar story.

And that’s the last and #3 point of why I love unscripted work—you think your struggles are unique to you, but they aren’t.

They’re human, and they’re usually always shared by someone else in the room.

Sometimes people haven’t even figured out how to name it—and you’ll name it. And through your breakthrough in the hot seat—they will heal, just in witnessing.

There isn’t a topic—we will focus on what is present in the room and to the individuals courageous enough to raise their hands and come forward.

This is part of how we heal—together.

This event will be on Zoom—wear pants, I’d like you to turn your videos on to make it more real real.

And yes, I’ll email you a recording if you aren’t able to attend live.

Janne has the ability to pull you to a place that most facilitators or therapists cannot reach.

When I started the breakthrough I was feeling incredibly motivated and excited in my life and business, but I could not shake an underlying feeling of having FOMO & anxiety about my health. (I run a successful life coaching business and am a skater and surfer).

Janne immediately helped me have two massive breakthroughs that freed me of those feelings and left me feeling incredibly sure of all of my decisions moving forward.

I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars on personal development and this was by far the most valuable experience to date.
